Records from OpenAlex, ORCID and Crossref are matched by DOI, merged, and enriched with Scimago journal quartiles and a Scopus-indexed flag. The research office works from one list instead of reconciling exports.
Each researcher is linked to their ORCID and Scopus identifiers and re-synced on a schedule. Metrics, quartile mix and a research fingerprint built from the topics of their publications update without anyone typing them in.
Co-authored papers are resolved to partner countries, so international collaboration shows up as evidence for ranking submissions and partnership reviews rather than as an estimate.

You choose where the platform runs: cloud-managed in an EU, US or APAC region, on-premise in your own data centre, or hybrid, so personal data stays where your policy requires. We provide a Data Processing Addendum and encrypt data in transit and at rest.
Not today. Single sign-on through SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect is not available yet. Administrators sign in with a password and time-based two-factor authentication, and researchers do not need an account to have a public profile. Tell us if SSO is a requirement for your institution.
